Michael Choniski introduced value based metrics and planning practices at Ball Corporation and then at NYNEX. His work has ranged from corporate vision and value assessments to strategy development to M&A analysis to project development. He has applied his value centric perspective to work done as an independent and as a contractor to Cambridge Strategic Management Group and Boston Consulting Group and as the Principal of Corporate Value Services. He has experience in a wide variety of industries and has worked with Fortune 500 firms and start-ups. He is expert in assessing the value implications of competitive strategies and CSR initiatives. He has raised debt and equity capital in public and private markets, and in limited recourse project financing.
