The principals of Corporate Value Services are Michael Choniski,Bob Rebitz and Roy E. Johnson. Each has been involved in value-based consulting for over a decade.
Michael Choniski introduced value based metrics and planning practices at Ball Corporation and then at NYNEX. His work has ranged from corporate vision and value assessments to strategy development to M&A analysis to project development. He has applied his value centric perspective to work done as an independent and as a contractor to Cambridge Strategic Management Group and Boston Consulting Group.
Bob Rebitz began his career as an equity analyst and joined HOLT Value Associates soon after its inception, contributing heavily to its introduction and progression to become recognized as the most advanced and correct valuation framework available. He joined Boston Consulting Group after the sale of the components of HOLT to BCG and CS First Boston. He later joined Deloitte Touche Consulting, where he applied his value perspectives to a wide variety of assignments in the US, Europe and Asia.
Roy E. Johnson established and managed the corporate financial planning function at Pitney Bowes. Some of his more notable consulting achievements have been with AAFES (Army and Air Force Exchange Service), Baldwin Technology Company, First Data Corporation, DFB Pharmaceuticals and Valmont Industries. His work and approach have been featured in CFO magazine. He has taught corporate finance at the college and graduate schools levels, and has also facilitated seminars and workshops across the US.
Corporate Value Services can also bring to bear the specialized consulting resources of Rawley Thomas and Terry Heiland of LifeCycle Returns, Inc. to integrate the LCRT Valuation Platform with either outside data sources or other internal analytics in creating customized solutions.
